When the light is switched off, a dim light or residual light remains

If when turning off the light, there is residual light or a very dim light left on: 

FAN CONNECTED TO WALL SWITCH


- If the fan is connected to a wall switch, and the switch is kept closed and there is residual light: you need to check your electrical installation. Current is reaching the fan. 

- If the fan is connected to a wall switch, and the switch is kept open, the light is turned off from the remote, and there is residual light: please contact our after-sales department for a solution.

- If the fan is not connected to a wall switch, and the light is turned off from the remote but there is residual light: you need to check your installation. Current is reaching the fan.
