Synchronization
When the fan does not respond to the remote, the issue is a synchronization problem between both. You will need to follow the steps indicated in your fan's instructions.

ℹ️ Check that the remote’s LED lights up when you press any button. If not, you may need to replace the batteries.
⚠️Always cut the power from the differential switch..
If the fan is connected to a wall switch, it must be turned on during synchronization.
